Following on from the great success of the last Wardington Village Cinema night (a record of 68 attendees – Thanks to everyone for your support!) we are proud to announce the next screening will be of “The Hundred-Foot Journey“.  Doors open at 7.3o pm on Friday 17th April, for the film to start at 8.00 pm.

The Hundred-Foot Journey is a comedy telling the story of the Kadam family who, displace form their native India, set up an Indian restaurant just a hundred feet from a Michelin starred restaurant to the displeasure of the manageress Madam Mallory (Helen Mirren).  All out war breaks out between the two establishments – until Hassan Kadam’s (Manish Dayal) passion for French haute cuisine and for Mme. Mallory’s enchanting sous chef, Marguerite (Charlotte Le Bon), combine with his mysteriously delicious talent to weave magic between their two cultures.
