MEMORIAL HALL BOOKINGS

If you would like to book the hall and/or meeting room please observe the following process:

1.  Check the availability of your preferred date(s) on the Availability Calendar

2. Read through and note the Conditions of Hire

3. Send your requirements to:

4. Download, complete and sign the MEMORIAL HALL – Standard Hiring Agreement – Jan 2016

5. Prepare 2 post dated cheques (1) for the hire charge (2) for the refundable deposit

6. Post the completed Hiring Agreement and cheques (2) at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event to confirm booking.  Instructions on whom to send to will be provided when you make your initial enquiry

7. Review the Hiring Guidance Notes.
