We are still awaiting more news from the Environment Agency following their announcement last week of delays to the work on the A361 and are doing all we can to press for answers.  Changes are having to be made to the work already done regarding the width of the road.  No date is available for the re-opening of the road but it is likely that the work will continue until the end of the Summer.  Discussions are currently taking place between all parties as to how traffic will be managed for the Cropredy festival which will take place.  This is far from ideal but we will try and keep everyone informed as we receive more news.

Oxfordshire highways have agreed to patch the potholes and the eroded edges along the Chacombe road right up to the A361 Wardington turning to Cropredy. They will be carrying this work out as soon as possible but will be restricted by the need to keep the road open.
